1. What Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account credentials (email, phone number)
- All shop data and configurations linked to your account
- All expense, sales, stock, and profit records
- Any device or session information stored on our servers
2. What May Be Retained
We may retain certain data for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or resolving disputes. This data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
3. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to us from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email or phone number so we can identify your account.
